Grand Opening of Kids’ Meals ExxonMobil Campus to Fight Childhood Hunger in Houston

Recently, the Houston Chronicle reported that Houston now has the highest poverty rate of any major U.S. city.

Behind that statistic are thousands of families doing their very best to provide for their children, but still struggling to put food on the table. This reality fuels the crisis of childhood hunger in Houston, where far too many kids go without consistent, healthy meals.

Your support means we can continue to deliver free, healthy lunches every weekday to over 10,000 preschool-aged children and supply their families with resources that help break the cycle of poverty.

This is how we are feeding the future of Houston: one family, one child, and one meal at a time.

This month, we celebrated an incredible milestone: the grand opening of our new Kids’ Meals ExxonMobil Campus!

Our new headquarters provides more room for volunteers, food, and donations. Most importantly, it increases opportunities to serve children who urgently need us today and expands our reach in the fight against childhood hunger in Houston.

This is just the beginning and we need you now more than ever.

With your gifts of time, talent, and treasure, we will continue to push forward until Houston becomes the first city to end childhood hunger in Houston.

With gratitude,
Beth Braniff Harp
CEO

P.S. As we begin this exciting new chapter, you can help us fill our new home with hope. Every $2 delivers a lunch to a child on our program! Make a gift today and be part of ending childhood hunger in Houston.
