Magnolia, Texas – On Friday, March 22, 2024, the verdant fairways of High Meadow Ranch Golf Course played host to the 4th Annual Feed Our Future Golf Tournament, presented by Mongoose Freight Solutions. Under the azure skies of a perfect Texas spring day, golf enthusiasts and community members gathered for a day of camaraderie and philanthropy, all in support of ending childhood hunger in Montgomery County.

Chaired by Rachel Adams and Co-Chaired by Brandy Dworaczyk and Suzanne Kretschmer, this year’s tournament marked a significant milestone in its mission to raise awareness and funds for a cause close to many hearts. As 116 golfers teed off amidst the scenic backdrop of High Meadow Ranch, the day unfolded with a blend of competitive sport and heartfelt generosity. The after-party, a vibrant affair featuring an array of activities, added to the festive atmosphere. Attendees were treated to an exhilarating wine and liquor pull, a spirited whiskey tasting, indulgent hand-rolled cigars, and live music that set toes tapping and spirits soaring. Meanwhile, off the greens, other community members engaged in a lively game of bingo, fostering connections and bonds amidst the rural charm of Montgomery County.

Beyond the joys of sport and entertainment, the true essence of the event lay in its important cause. Through the collective efforts of participants and sponsors, the tournament raised funds to make and deliver 40,000 free, healthy meals to hungry children in Montgomery County, a tangible testament to the power of compassion and collective action.
Reflecting on the success of the day, organizers expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support received from the community. They eagerly anticipate the future, setting their sights on the 5th Annual Feed Our Future Golf Tournament slated for Spring 2025.
