At Kids’ Meals, every meal we deliver represents hope for a child facing food insecurity. That’s why we are incredibly grateful to Link Logistics for their generous donation of a new delivery van that will strengthen our presence across Houston.
This new van will deliver more than 225,000 free, healthy meals each year to hungry preschool-aged children across our community. Every route completed means more children receiving the nourishment they need to grow, learn, and thrive.
Transportation is one of the most critical parts of our operation. Each weekday, our Hope Providers travel across the Greater Houston area to ensure meals arrive safely and on time. For many families, limited access to reliable transportation can stand in the way of them and a healthy meal. By delivering meals directly to families’ homes, we remove these transportation barriers and guarantee children receive the nutrition they need.
We are deeply thankful to Link Logistics for their generosity and commitment to helping end childhood hunger. This van is more than a donation. It is an investment in the health and future of Houston’s youngest children.
