(\u201cKids\u2019 Meals\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>I am aware that these activities have certain risks that include, but are not limited to, injury, illness, death, threat of physical harm, or damage to\u00a0personal property.\u202f\u202fI understand that there may be\u00a0a great variety\u00a0of other risks not known or\u00a0reasonably foreseeable.\u202f\u202fI am voluntarily\u00a0participating\u00a0in these activities and agree to assume\u00a0any and all\u00a0such risks, whether known or unknown.<\/p>\n<p>I further understand and agree that Kids\u2019 Meals does not provide insurance to cover expenses for any harm that may arise from my participation in\u00a0special event\u00a0activities related to Kids\u2019 Meals.\u202f\u202fKids\u2019 Meals strongly\u00a0recommends\u00a0that I carry my own health and medical insurance for purposes of potential harm related to my\u00a0attendance\u00a0activities.<\/p>\n<p>By my signature below, and as consideration for being permitted by Kids\u2019 Meals to participate in the\u00a0special event\u00a0activities and use the premises and facilities,\u202fI (on behalf of myself, personal representatives, assigns, heirs, guardians, spouse, next of kin, and children, collectively, \u201creleasors\u201d) do hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kids\u2019 Meals, the premises owner, and their respective employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, \u201creleasees\u201d) from any and all liability, actions, claims, demands, of any kind and nature, arising out of or related to any damage, injury, loss, illness, harm, or death related to my participation in special event activities related to Kids\u2019 Meals, including the acts, omissions, and negligence of the releasees.\u202f\u202fI acknowledge that this release includes claims related to the condition of the premises where the activities occur, as well as claims related to illness arising from COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Photo\/Likeness \u2013 I and Releasors additionally consent to and give Kids\u2019 Meals the irrevocable license and right to reproduce each Releasor\u2019s name, voice recording, photographic or video images, or other likenesses (whether composite or modified) for use in Kids\u2019 Meals\u2019 advertising, fundraising, or other business or commercial purposes, and understand that there will be no compensation for this use.\u00a0Releasors and I\u00a0also agree that Kids\u2019 Meals will be the owner of any advertising, fundraising, or other business or commercial materials that make use of any of Releasors\u2019 names, voice recordings, photographic or video images, or other likenesses. I and Releasors,\u00a0moreover,\u00a0fully waive and release\u00a0any and all\u00a0claims and\/or liability related to the use of any such name, voice recordings, photographic or video images, or other likenesses.
